Subscriber List

A subscriber is a person who pays to receive a product or service.

If you provide a service that must be renewed within a specified time frame,(Yearly, Monthly, Quarterly), you can track them using the Subscription tool in ERPNext.

1. How can a user subcribe on our webiste?

As illustrated in the image, the user can go to the website where he must enter his email address and click on the "subscribe" button, to get future notifications.

2. Impact on backend site

In the subscriber list doctype, an autoentry is created in the backend.

To access Subscriber List,

1. In the search bar, type subscriber list.
2. If a user subscribes to a product or service,the information is automatically saved in the ERP system's Subscriber List doctype.
