Customer Inquiry

The purpose of the inquiry process is to draw out the customer's requirements, to get an data of what they are actually looking for on our website.

The registered or a non registered(guest user)can create a customer inquiry on our website.

Whenever a customer search with any product code,model no,brand or any extra details, an entry gets autopopulated in the backend.

Likewise a customer can click on Missing Parts and fill out a quick form with item code,model name,etc..

Impact on backend

Whenever a Customer search products from the search bar or in other way like when Customer send inquiry by using the Missing Parts button of front site then One entry will be auto generated in the backend of ERP.

Customize Fields

  • Email ID: Here user mail id will be auto captured against the created customer inquiry entry.

  • CRE Mail ID: This is an employee email address used for that particular customer to handel their inquiry and it is autopopulated.

An email will be sent to the CRE Email address notifying him about the customer inquiry.
