Send SMS

You can send and receive text (SMS)Short Message Service messages through the Messages app.

1. Prerequisite

• SMS Template

2. Steps to send an SMS:

1. First, in the Notification type field, select the doctype event from the dropdown menu.
2. Choose the SMS reference type.
3. Enter the field name, eg- mobile number
4. If we wish to store the SMS as a draft (inactive), we can check the box disable.
5. In the Template for field, we can specify the party name to which the SMS should be sent.
6. In Template, we can pick the previous created SMS template.
7. We can enter the parameters name sequence wise in the field's child table.
