Customer's enquiry helps a company to know about their customers want.

1. How customer enquiry is listed in Erpnext?

• Customer will first login to the website from their email Id and password
• Then they will search the product that they want in search box.
• Customers enquiry will automatically get listed in Erpnext in customer enquiry list doctype.
• Any Erpnext user who have access can see the customer's enquiry in customer enquiry list doctype.
• The customer's email Id and the brand or product that the customer have searched will get recorded in our customer enquiry list doctype.
